The apartments feature 3 bedrooms, each one with one queen bed and full private bathroom, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances, an extra guest bathroom, laundry room (washer and dryer). The Hotel Rooms offer one bedroom with one queen bed and full private bathroom. APARTMENTS: These beautiful fully furnished apartments are 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom, each bedroom features a queen bed and private private bathroom, plus a guest bathroom in the living room. Enjoy a spacious layout with a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances, comfortable living and dining areas, and in-unit laundry with washer and dryer, A/C. High-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV. Just a short walk to the beach, top restaurants, luxury hotels, casinos, spas, gyms, and vibrant nightlife. Note: Maximum 4 guests per apartment, one free parking space included. HOTEL ROOM: This comfortable room features one queen bed, a private en-suite full bathroom, and is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. Please note: Maximum occupancy is 2 guests. This is a nonsmoking and no-pets property. Limited parking is available on hotel premises for a daily charge of $25. Street parking and public parking options are also available nearby.
