This modern apartment complex is located in the south of the city, within a short distance of Granada's sports ground and Cármenes football stadium. All of the local area's sights, including the Sierra Nevada, the tropical coastline, the Alpuharras and the historical centre of the city, are located within a short distance of the complex. It is just a stone's throw to a selection of bars, restaurants, the river and links to the public transport network. The train station lies about 1.5 km away and Granada airport is some 15 km from the complex.
Opened in 2004, this air-conditioned complex is housed within a traditional 19th century building comprising a total of 16 apartments. The sprawling complex offers a great deal of space for relaxing and for those wishing to enjoy a relaxing stay in a pleasant ambience. Facilities include an inviting foyer with a 12-hour reception desk, a café and a bar. A car park and a garage are also available (fees apply).
