Located between Nice and Cannes, just 450 m from the beach, the property offers the ideal base for exploring the Riviera. Spread over 3 floors, this south-facing complex comprises a total of 29 guest rooms and has lift access. It offers comfortable accommodation in an extremely peaceful and tranquil setting, surrounded by greenery yet just a short walk from the sea and the town's many amenities. Facilities on offer include a cycle hire service and parking for those arriving by car.
The property offers spacious studios of 34 m². Each comes with a well-equipped kitchenette, bunk beds in the hallway, a living/ dining area with 2 single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and WC and a loggia complete with garden furniture.
